Natalia Kosinska has over fourteen years of experience as a massage therapist. Treating a wide range of clients from professional athletes, to elderly recovering from major events like a knee or hip replacement.

Natalia has a very good knowledge of the human body, biomechanics and physiology.  With her sporting background (representing Poland and New Zealand in windsurfing at International level) she knows how different types of training affects the body and can cause possible imbalances.

In her treatment Natalia carefully listens to clients and delivers specifically requested therapy, and also often addresses other areas that might be contributing to the problem that the client might not be aware of.
